Taylor Realty is located at 74 Main St Norridgewock, ME in the Mint Studio building and sees customers by appointment. 

Taylor Realty was started in May of 2025 when Amanda felt there was still a place for hometown boutique service among the global real estate companies. 

Taylor Realty is a full service real estate agency with full time real estate professionals available to assist your needs. 

You can feel good knowing your goals are important to us, you are not just a transaction to close. Your experience with us is tailored to your specific needs. Our agents are with you from the first meeting to the closing table and everything in between. You will not be handed off to assistants or transaction coordinators, we are invested in you. 

Amanda has been tied to Norridgewock from the beginning. Serving her community is a core value, from volunteering to fundraising to fostering puppies, giving back is part of life.

She lives on her land with her family and enjoys her hobby farm. Together with her husband Wade and daughter Erin, they share a love for anything outdoors and travel. 

Amanda has been a full time real estate agent helping buyers and sellers since 2013. She is continually educating herself on new ways to help her clients and be a top notch professional. She has earned several designations over the years, NAR Committment to Excellence, hundreds of happy clients and continually receives Zillow's Best of the Best status. 

It is her goal that every person she works with leaves the transaction feeling like she cared about them and that their needs were taken seriously.

Kily grew up in Somerset County and after spending some time seeing the country, settled back among family and friends to raise her children. 

Kily is known to those around her and her clients as being a great communicator and compassionate. Her experience in real estate over the last 16 years, in addition to her appraisal license gives her a wealth of knowledge at her real estate disposal. Her dedication to her career has rewarded her with life long loyal clients. Kily and Amanda have worked together since 2013 and she joined Taylor Realty as soon as it opened. 

Kily is an asset to her community showing up for volunteering, clothing drives and service events. She is a mom, a wife, a loyal friend and just a great person to know.
